- Medium roast for a balanced flavour, with gentle acidity and a smooth finish
- Naturally rich aroma with notes of caramel, citrus, and toasted nuts
- Versatile brewing options – perfect for Phin filter, espresso, French press, and pour-over
- Add 4 tablespoons (≈20g) of ground coffee to the filter.
- Shake gently to evenly distribute the grounds and secure the lid.
- Pour 30ml of boiling water into the filter and let it bloom for about 30 seconds.
- Add another 50ml of boiling water and let it slowly drip through.
- Enjoy black, or add sugar, milk, or ice to taste.
